For participants
Your support. Your choices. Your goals.
NRM Support works alongside you — not around you. Your choices, preferences, dignity, privacy, culture, independence and individual goals shape everything we do.
Your Rights
You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to have your privacy protected, and to exercise choice and control over the support you receive. That includes deciding who supports you, how support is delivered, and being able to say no.
Choosing Your Support
Tell us what matters to you — your routine, your preferences, the kind of person you're comfortable with. We'll talk through your needs and goals, explain what we can offer, and only go ahead when it feels right to you.
Changing Your Support
Your support isn't fixed. As your goals, preferences or circumstances change, we'll adjust — more hours, fewer hours, different activities, or a different support worker. Just let us know.
Feedback & Complaints
If something isn't working, we want to hear about it. You can raise a concern with your support worker, call our office, or use our feedback and complaints form. You can also ask a family member or advocate to raise it for you.
